SectorBulletin is a UK-based consultation monitoring and briefing service. We track GOV.UK consultations and deliver weekly member-ready briefings to trade bodies and membership organisations.

We are not affiliated with the UK Government or GOV.UK. We provide an independent monitoring service that links to official consultation sources.

What information we collect

When you request a pilot via our website, we collect:

• Name – to address communications
• Email address – to respond to your enquiry and deliver pilot materials
• Organisation name – to understand your context and tailor the service
• Buyer type (e.g. trade body, agency, in-house team) – to understand who you are
• Sector and segment interests – to configure your watchlists and segment filters
• Website (optional) – for background context

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

• Respond to pilot requests and enquiries
• Set up and deliver the consultation monitoring service

• Vercel – for website hosting
• Supabase – for database storage
• Resend – for sending emails

How long we keep your information

We keep pilot request information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, deliver the pilot service, and maintain legitimate business records. If you don't proceed with the service, we will typically delete your information within a reasonable period unless we have a lawful reason to retain it.

For active customers, we retain service and communication records for the duration of the service and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes.

What we don't do with your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond responding to your pilot request and delivering the service you've signed up for.
